About the Project
Editor, working with Blue Room Post for client Boeing. Received interviews and b-roll from Boeing and worked directly with Boeing creative to hone the edit through about thirty versions. Parsed the interviews with the two astronauts, each about twenty minutes and with two angles each, to pull soundbites, figuring out the best way to tell this story. Matched up Boeing’s provided b-roll and graphics to fit in with that story and what’s being said. Also sourced additional b-roll to fill in any blanks visually. Selected music cues and edited it in to fit the video. Dialed in the color grade using Premiere’s built in tools, and sent to mix for audio sweetening and sound effects. Video currently has over 700K views on Boeing’s Youtube channel.
Andras worked as an in house editor for my company, Blue Room Post. Among the many skills that he possesses is that of a skilled post production professional. He has a thorough knowledge of every application within Adobe’s Creative Suite. But beyond the technical expertise resides a true artist. I used to refer to him as my secret weapon because he is a Renaissance Man . . . composer, writer, director, musician, actor are all labels that fit Andras. In addition, he is quick and responsive to all client needs. In short, Andras was a huge asset to my company and he will be a valuable asset to your project, don’t hesitate to hire him!
